Joël is the founder and managing partner of KeysFinance Partners since 2014. He brings more than 40 years’ experience in top management positions in Africa and Asia. He particularly acted as Head of Atlantique group and SIFCA group, leading regional companies, where he led the financing, acquisition and divesture for numerous companies in the telecom and agro-industrial sectors.
Joël is a French and Ivorian citizen, graduated from the Sloan Master of the London Business School and is a French chartered accountant.

Jean-Michel is a Partner at KeysFinance Partners where he conducted various transactions in FMCG and business services sectors in Côte d’Ivoire. He has cumulated more than 8 years’ experience in investment banking in West-Africa. Prior to joining Keysfinance in 2014, Jean-Michel started an M&A advisory firm based in Paris and focusing on Africa.
Jean-Michel is an Ivorian-French citizen and holds a master’s degree in Finance from Audencia School of Management in France.

Jacques is a non-executive Partner at KeysFinance Partners. He is a seasoned investment banker with more than 30 years’ experience in Africa. After a career as managing director of various industrial groups (Compagnie de Suez, SIPH), he co-founded “Pall Mall Capital” in 2000, a London based investment bank, advising corporate clients in transactions in Europe and in Africa.
He notably conducted the sale of Bank of Africa to BMCE and the sale of Banque Atlantique to Banque Populaire du Maroc.

Désiré joined KeysFinance Partners in 2020 with more than thirty years of top management professional experience in various international groups and financial institutions (KPMG, E&Y, DHL, Citibank etc …).
Before joining KeysFinance, he had been Special Advisor, Chairman of the Investment Committee and then General Manager at Phoenix Capital Management Group, a financial services group specializing in Private Equity, asset management and financial advisory.

Eric joined KeysFinance Partners in September 2023. For around ten years, he audited and advised several companies on their Finance and Risk Management transformation projects. He has also managed projects to implement or overhaul operational processes. Prior to joining the team, Eric worked as Senior Manager, Head of CFO Advisory at Nexialog Consulting and as Manager Finance, Strategy & Performance at KPMG.
Eric holds a master’s degree in management Control from Université Paris X, France and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, majoring in Finance, from Bangalore University, India.

Aristote joined KeysFinance Partners in 2020 after experiences in Mergers & Acquisitions within the French teams of Clearwater International and Canaccord Genuity.
He has participated in transactions of all sizes, often with an international component, in the real estate, energy, financial services, consumer goods and business services sectors.
Aristotle holds a Master’s degree in Financial Engineering and Tax Strategy and a Magistère in Finance from the University of Paris 1 – Panthéon-Sorbonne.

Before joining KeysFinance Partners, Cédrick worked as a junior management controller in an insurance brokerage company.
He holds an MBA in Finance from the Graduate School of Management and a degree in economics.
