KeysFinance Partners (KFP) announces the acquisition, through its investment vehicle “NSI,” of 100% of LABEL’s shares, a key player in the integration of SAGE solutions in Côte d’Ivoire. This merger with IMPACT doubles the size of the consolidated group, establishing it as the leading SAGE integrator in Côte d’Ivoire and a regional major player.
Beyond SAGE solutions, NSI is strengthening its expertise and offering a comprehensive technological portfolio, including CRM, CMMS, cybersecurity, Microsoft 365, hosting, and network infrastructure. These strategic solutions support the digital transformation of businesses of all sizes—small businesses, SMEs, large enterprises, and subsidiaries of international groups.
The combined asset will be led by Mohamed DIABI, current Managing Director of IMPACT, who will continue driving the group’s growth strategy. Dominique JAHU, outgoing Managing Director of LABEL, will support the transition to ensure smooth integration and optimal service continuity.
